There is no public right of way to the mill or river. Access for the fishing pond is via foot path from Walton Lane accross the fields, NOT THE MILL.

The mill is available to hire as a film venue and is ideal for period rural settings (complete with our collection of historic rural artifacts) and educational films being slightly off the beaten track but well conected, not isloated and offering a good example of an early C19th water mill in working order where little has changed in 200 years.

The mill also produces wholemeal and white flour from locally grown english bread wheats, nothing added and free from artificial preservatives and additives. Spelt and organic flours also available.
